John Huang
Talent Sourcing & Engagement Specialist
Our aim is to lead, not follow, the outsourced IT services industry, and our ever-growing team consists of the top one-percenters in their field who are continually recognised as being among the hardest working and best in the business.
Our team enjoys an empowered, high-performing, and driven culture, that above all else values collaboration and diversity of ideas cultivated in a considerate and accepting environment.
This isn’t by coincidence – it reflects our commitment to providing our team with opportunities to further grow their skill sets so that they can be better today than they were yesterday, and do so with a supportive, trusting, and accepting team around them.
At Brennan, we put people first.
While the work we do focuses on technology, we are all human here and, importantly, understand what it’s like to start a new job. That is why we’ve worked hard to establish an onboarding experience, tailored to your specific needs, that supports you through your first 12 months with us and beyond.
We do this because at Brennan we believe that creating a solid workplace culture for our people plays an influential role in engagement, work satisfaction and career progression.
But don’t worry, we don’t believe in all work and no play. Across our team of over 650+ people, we create a climate where we naturally have fun and, through doing this, enjoy coming to work and look forward to how the day unfolds.
You’ve submitted your application, what’s next?
Our recruiters will review your job application, and if your resume meets our requirements, our team will progress you to the next stage.
You’ll then have a friendly call with our talent acquisition team. It will go through your work experience, salary expectations, notice period, basic technical and behavioural questions.
We’ll give you a technical assessment that will test your technical and behavioural traits. It will take approximately 45mins to 1hr and will be delivered through IKM to assess your technical knowledge for the role. Please note that it involves multiple choice answers and time limits.
It will then lead to a behavioural profile survey that will assess work preferences and behavioural styles. You will take 5-10mins to complete it, and the good news is there is no prep needed. At the end of this test, you will also receive the results.
Following the survey, our team will progress you to either a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams or a face-to-face interview with our hiring managers, including your future manager at Brennan. For specific roles, you may also be required to prepare a presentation, and complete multiple interviews.
After a successful interview, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch advising of our intention to make an offer. If you wish to proceed, we’ll progress with reference and background checks. We will then provide a formal employment offer/contract.
Our entire process generally takes about two to four weeks. Our Talent Acquisition team will always provide feedback at each step of the recruitment process via email or phone call.
